Mary moved from Washington,  D.C. in 1979 after marrying at Macalester Alum. She lived in Macalester/Groveland and Highland Park neighborhoods for 11 years and started her real estate career in 1984 with the Better Homes and Gardens Office on St. Clair Avenue. Eventually that office became the Edina Realty Office in Highland Park.

Mary's political experience in Washington, D.C. offered a great background for providing highly professional skills to all clients. She has a successful real estate record for single family and condominium projects both in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
